Personal data of entities for which DMSI Software sp. Z o.o provides services under implemented contracts.

DMSI Software sp. Z o. O. And entities belonging to the DMSI Capital Group process their clients' personal data on the basis of the provisions of cooperation agreements. In the present case, personal data means names, e-mail addresses or telephone numbers of employees or customer representatives. The period of storage of these data is 3 years from the date of termination of the relevant contract with the customer. The processing of personal data is necessary in order to fulfill the obligations arising from the contract (art.6 par.1 lit.B GDPR).

In relation to personal data entered by individual clients in software produced by DMSI Software sp. Z o.o., entities belonging to the DMSI Capital Group are processors - i.e. they process personal data on the basis of relevant data entrustment agreements concluded with clients.

DMSI Software sp. Z oo or any company from the DMSI Capital Group are not administrators of personal data entered by clients into the software produced by DMSI Software sp. Z o. O.

In the event of any claims against personal data contained in software produced by DMSI Software sp. Z oo, the authorized entity should contact the Administrator of the client's personal data directly. All applications directed in relation to personal data, in relation to which entities belonging to the Capital Group are processors, will be forwarded to the respective Personal Data Controllers.
